Gary "Conrad" Harper, 64, Lamar, MO passed away at Freeman Hospital Wednesday, April 5, 2017. Conrad was born November 14, 1952 in Lamar, MO to Lawrence Dewey Harper and Ruth Francis Eagles Harper. He married Jo Ann Costley, July 25, 1975 in Iantha, MO. Conrad was a self-employed farmer until his health no longer would allow him to farm. He was a member of Mt Olive Church near Greenfield, MO. He was very active in Lamar Lions Club. He is survived by his wife Jo Ann of the home, son: Gary Harper, Sarcoxie, MO, daughter: Christina Horton, Gladstone, MO., 9 grandchildren; Cheyenne, Hailey, Emma, Eli, Ariel, Asia, Aliya, Aileen and Anastasia and one great-grandson; Bryston, Preceding him in death were his parents, his brother L.D. Harper and an infant sister, Karen Harper.
