Dennis Dewayne Roberts

Dennis DeWayne Roberts of Jasper, MO passed away on Wednesday September 29, 2021. Denny was born on July 6, 1955 in St Joseph, MO to Calvin and Esther (White) Roberts. He served in the US Army in the mid 70s. He worked as a laborer at Leggett and Platt Branch 1 in Carthage, MO for 18 years. Denny is survived by his son, Daniel Roberts of Jasper, MO; siblings, Janice (Achey) Roberts of Oronogo, MO, Charlene Campbell of Joplin, MO, Linda Miller of Springfield, MO, Dixie Sims of Springfield, MO, Teresa Ray of Carl Junction, MO, Nola Sirois of Iowa, LA, and William R. Roberts of Joplin, MO. He is preceded in death by his parents; daughter, Ava Barrows; and siblings, Gary Roberts and Robert Smith. The family suggests that donations in lieu of flowers be made to Cancer Research or St Judes. A memorial service is being planned for a later date.
