Eva Lucile Dockery, 82, passed away December 2, 2012, in Baton Rouge, LA. Lucile was born September 23, 1930, to William McLemore and Emmajean Tomlin Johnson, in Overall, TN. Lucile married James Lee Ford on July 1, 1950. He preceded her in death March 4, 1969. On April 9, 1971, she married Stan Dockery in Belton, MO. He preceded her in death December 12, 2002. Lucile worked as a teacher's aide in special education for the Belton Public School System, Belton, MO. After moving to Lamar, MO in 1984, she and her husband, Stan, cleaned the Lamar City Hall. Lucile was a member of the First Baptist Church of Lamar. She was instrumental in establishing the Surviving Spouse Ministry. Survivors include three sons, Michael Ford of Baton Rouge, LA, Steve Ford of Vermillion, S.D and Wayne Dockery of Houston, TX; four daughters, Anita Liverman of Huntsville, AL, Linda Ford of Tulsa, OK, Jane Nie of Belle, MO and Janice Walker of West Monroe, LA; seventeen grandchildren and eleven great-grandchildren. Lucile is preceded in death by her husband, Stan; her parents; six brothers and two sisters. She will be greatly missed by her family and many friends.
