Joseph Earl Wilkinson

Joseph Earl Wilkinson, 76, of Lamar, MO, known as Joe, departed this life on Thursday, November 28, 2024, at his home. Joe was born on January 27, 1948, in Lockwood, MO, to Clyde and Hannah Wilkinson.

He was a member of the Arcola Baptist Church. Joe worked for many years at O’Sullivan Industries as a forklift driver, retiring when the company closed. He enjoyed gardening, fishing, and hunting.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Clyde and Hannah (Ingraham) Wilkinson; two infant brothers; and brothers Tony and Lester Wilkinson.

Joe is survived by one brother, Wayne Wilkinson, and two sisters, Edith Boucher and Jane Delashment.

The memorial service will be held at Arcola Baptist Church at 2:00 PM on Saturday December 14, 2024. Inurnment will follow at Arcola Hickory Grove Cemetery.
