Mary Rogers

Mary Elizabeth Rogers, 87, Lamar, Mo., passed away Sunday, August 21, 2011 at her home. Mary was born October 1, 1923, to Jewel Leonard and Grace Mae (Miller) Jackson at Kansas City, Mo. She grew up at Climax Springs, Mo. She married Gordon Clifton Rogers on September 12, 1950 at Kansas City, Mo. He preceded her in death on April 4, 1995. Survivors include three sons, Butch Rogers and wife Kassie, LaDera Ranch, Ca., Tom Rogers and fiancée Paula Nevins, Huntington Beach, Ca., and Bob Rogers, Southern California; two daughters, Sandy Raysik and husband Steve, Torrance, Ca. and Kathy Rogers, Lamar, Mo.; Grandchildren Sean Raysik, Christopher Rogers, Tara Rogers, Amber Boggs and Candice Whiteside; Great-Grandchildren Sienna Raysik, Mekeilah Rogers, Dylan and Hailey Boggs. Mary was preceded in death by her parents and her husband.
