Raymond Austin

Raymond Luther Austin, 51, passed away suddenly, September 17, 2013, at Stillwater Medical Center, Stillwater, OK. Raymond was born July 28, 1962, in Blytheville, AR, to James and Darlene (Acock) Austin. Raymond attended school in Stockton, El Dorado Springs, MO and Texarkana, TX. He drove trucks over the road and for Rice's, for over twenty years, and was looking forward to the future in his new job, driving trucks for the oil industry in Oklahoma. Raymond was an avid Dallas Cowboys fan. He loved fishing, movies, going to restaurants, and wood working. Raymond was a member of the Apostolic Church. He married Lisa Marie DeLargy, December 12, 2003 in Ash Flat, AR. Raymond is preceded in death by his father, James Austin; a brother Greg Austin. Survivors include his wife Lisa; children, Stacey Turowski, Michael Austin, Andrew Austin, Jessica Baker, Lauren Baker and RyLeigh Austin; grandchildren Lucas Turowski, Ayvun Austin and Aldyn Austin; his mother Darlene; brothers Jim Austin and Mike Avery; a sister Darla Arlint; many nieces and nephews and extended family. Raymond was loved by many and will be greatly missed.
