Wanda Williams

Wanda Marie Williams, 86, Nathalie, VA, formerly Barton County MO, passed away March 7, 2012. Ms. Williams was born December 1, 1925 in Gower, MO, to James and Grace White. She married Woodford Allen Williams on May 23, 1942 in Liberty, MO. Wanda lived in Smithville, Barton County and Veradella, MO until moving to Virginia in 1997. She was a homemaker, and had been employed at O'Sullivan's and as a caretaker in Pittsburg, KS at nursing homes and private in-home care. Preceding Wanda in death are her husband, Woodford, her parents, and one sister. Wanda is survived by three daughters, Nita Boyd of Nathalie, VA, Linda Franklin and husband, Keith of Lamar, MO; two sons, David Williams of Lamar, MO, Steve Williams and wife, Linda of Lamar, MO; many grandchilden and several great-grandchildren; three brothers, Jessie White, Kansas City, KS, Bob White, FLA, and Bill White, Hollister, MO. She will be remembered and missed by many.
