Margey Elain Medlin Margey Elian Medlin, 87, of Lamar, MO, passed away December7, 2013. She was born October 26, 1926, in Schaller, Iowa to Clement and Gertrude (Bennett) Findley. Margey graduated from Lamar High School and attended college in Springfield. She married Robert Medlin in Lamar, Dec 25, 1948. Margey was a dental assistant for the V A Hospital in Chicago and for more than one local dentist; she managed the state license office in Lamar for many years and owned more than one business with her husband; the most notable being the Handy Stop. Margey enjoyed mowing and working in her yard. She was a loving wife, mother and grandmother. She loved her Lord and was a member of the Lamar United Methodist Church. Margey is survived by Her Husband Robert and daughter Debbie and her husband Dale Stump; She was grandmother m Stacey, Brent and Aaron Stump and great grandmother to Jacob and Danyka Finley. She was loved and will be greatly missed by her friends and family.
