Richard James Hovey, age 43 of Pittsburg, KS, passed away July 7, 2015. He was born in St. Joseph , MO, January 7, 1972 to Jessica (Belcher) Allred. Richard was a machinist. He also was a musician and was known for his guitar playing. He is survived by his mother Jessica Allred, 2 daughters Richelle Molina and Sissy Hovey and 8 grandchildren, all of Pittsburg, KS. Services are pending and will be announced at a later date.
