Obituary of John Waldbuesser

William “John” Waldbuesser, age 67, of Neosho, MO, formerly of Lamar, passed away Friday evening in his home in Neosho. John was born  Feb 22, 1950, to William and Ella Waldbuesser in Carthage.  He grew up on the family farm and helped his dad with the farm for many years after high school. While John lived in Lamar he worked at the Lamar Sheltered Workshop and attended Grace Lutheran Church.   Even after moving away his family would bring him back for the fair, which he loved to come too.  He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Helen Waldbuesser and a nephew Caleb Waldbuesser. Survivors include a brother, Ted Waldbuesser and wife Cheryl of Jasper and a sister, Laura Waldbuesser of Lamar, 3 nieces, 1 great niece and 1 great nephew.   There will be a visitation Tuesday morning from 10 to 11 A.M. followed by the funeral service at 11 A.M. at the Konantz Warden Funeral Home in Lamar. Brother Woody Wilkinson, minister of the Nashville Christian Church will bring the eulogy and funeral message. Phillis Scorse and Heidi Lanz will provide the ministry in music.
